Fabrication Supervisor
Know How Resourcing are looking to recruit a Fabrication Supervisor for our Client, a market leading specialist in the design and manufacture of bespoke steel beams for the construction industry.
Our Client has recently made significant investments into their site at Wetherby and are looking for the right candidates to help them achieve further growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Fabrication Supervisor to start a new career with our Client.
The position involves:
* Prioritising workload to agreed production schedules.
* Deploy resources to achieve maximum output, ensuring work is clearly planned.
* Liaising with Works Manager to plan / discuss daily production schedules.
* Provide updates on any performance issues.
* Communicate forward workload to employees.
* Monitoring employees and ensuring they are following agreed safe working practices.
* Making sure they have the correct equipment and PPE to carry out the task in hand.
The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
* Previous supervisory experience.
* Good communication skills.
* A methodical approach.
* Attention to detail.
* Good IT Skills.
* Self-motivation.
Rate
The hourly rate for this role £18.49per hour.
Hours
42 hrs per week (6.00am – 5.00pm Mon to Thu)
