Etd Transaction Monitoring / Kyc Analyst

Salary: £66,000 – £72,000 per year

Our client is looking for an ETD Transaction monitoring, KYC analyst to join their team on permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
• Assisting with the maintenance and issuing of all agreements, including monitoring, updating and supporting of DOCS
• Assisting with the review and gathering of client KYC documentation
• Assisting with transaction monitoring of clients.
• Managing the KYC refresh procedure
• Assisting with exchange reporting, the verification of standard settlement instructions and the set-up of electronic trading access for clients

Skills and knowledge:
• Good understanding of KYC & AML requirement’s gained within an appropriate regulated financial services environment.
• Able to demonstrate experience of completing give-up agreements
• Knowledge of financial brokerage business lines
• Methodical and controlled approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal & external clients.
• Ability to multitask and be able to manage workloads depending on priorities
• Educated to degree level or have gain equivalent professional qualifications
