Estimator

Salary: £30,000 – £54,000 per year

GBR Recruitment are working in close partnership with a well established progressive new build housing developer recruiting for an experienced Estimator to prepare land feasibility & visibility studies, create site cost estimates & to produce accurate site budgets across multiple new build housing sites to covering Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire & Lincolnshire areas plus potentially others.

Role Overview:

* To prepare land feasibility & viability studies

* To create site cost estimates

* To produce accurate site budgets for multiple sites

Duties:

* Feasibility studies

* Land viability studies

* Prepare provisional site budgets/estimates

* Produce take-off’s for Roads & Sewers groundwork’s, plot/external groundwork’s, brickwork, carpentry & painting

* Produce an accurate schedule of rates that can be used for budgets/trades

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

* Time served new build housing sector Estimator

* Experience of Eque 2 Housebuilding or COINS software is essential
