Salary: £33,600 – £54,000 per year
An award-winning innovative Contractor focused on delivering complex Engineering projects across Europe are currently seeking an ambitious and driven Environmental Engineer who is a technical expert, with extensive permit experience and keen to progress within the Data Centre sector.
They are involved in projects across many sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Power, Waste to Energy, Commercial, Data Centre and Petrochemical.
The successful candidate will join an already established team on this project’s construction phase, which is a £300m+ new build Data centre project.
Candidate must have the right to work in Europe.
Environmental Engineer Role:
* Prepare, review, and update environmental investigation reports
* Design projects that lead to environmental protection, such as water reclamation facilities or air pollution control systems
* Obtain, update, and maintain plans, permits, and standard operating procedures
* Provide technical support for environmental remediation projects and legal actions
* Analyze scientific data and do quality-control checks
* Monitor the progress of environmental improvement programs
* Inspect industrial and municipal facilities and programs to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
* Advise corporations and government agencies about procedures for cleaning up contaminated sites
