Salary: £27,600 – £33,600 per year
Geo-Environmental/Geotechnical Engineer – West London
Our clients are a well-established Geo-Environmental & Geotechnical Engineering consultancy with multiple offices based throughout the UK. Due to an increased workload, they are now looking to recruit experienced Geo-Environmental and Geotechnical Engineers to join their busy West London office.
They are specifically looking for candidates that have a minimum of at least two to three years relevant experience in the planning and supervision of ground investigations, and preparation of factual and interpretative reports.
The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting with geotechnical and geo-environmental projects across the UK, as directed by Project Principals:
• Undertaking desk studies
• Overseeing ground investigations
• soil and rock logging to current geotechnical standards and laboratory scheduling
• Collating data and writing factual and interpretative reports
• Managing own projects from start to completion.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers
Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience within Geo-Environmental/Geotechnical Engineering
– Experience in the planning and supervision of ground investigations and preparing factual and interpretative reports
– Degree qualified in relevant subject (Geology, Engineering Geology, Earth Sciences or similar)
– Experience of both site and office-based duties
– Full UK driving licence
