Salary: £30,000 per year
Our client based in Oakham are looking to add a Engineering Manager to their team on days. This is a Mechanical Engineering Business and experience in this industry is essential.
The key attributes of the ideal candidate:
Previous Workshop Manager experience in a fast-paced service related environment
NEBOSH / Health and Safety legislations experience
ISO9001/Quality Assurance experience
Strong team leader
Good mechanical understanding of alternators, transformers, motors pumps etc to be able to act as technical back-up for the Workshop team
experienced, pro-active and able to deal with conflict appropriate and professionally
Previous experience of working in a similar service industry not essential
Hours: Monday to Friday on Days
