Employment Advisor

This week at Major Recruitment we are recruiting for a brand new vacancy as an Employment Advisor in Watford,with one of the UK’s leading providers of welfare to work services.

An Employment Advisor is responsible for identifying, developing and improving each customers’ chances of employment by taking that person along the journey into employment by providing advice, support and knowledge.

As part of this role, you will be monitoring the progress with each customer whilst also aiding in their ability to find work, from helping them to write their CV, to looking for vacancies and providing mock interview scenarios. You will also be involved in breaking down barriers to work such as health and well-being concerns and will be working in a Multi Disciplinary team to provide a holistic service to help people get back to work.

There are opportunities to progress should further contracts become available during this time which is great for someone looking at career progression. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5.30 and the company is a top 100 best companies to work for in the UK, providing a great atmosphere to work in alongside a fantastic benefits package.
