Graduate Employment & Skills Advisor

Salary: £45.6 – £48 per hour

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Graduate Employment & Skills Advisor to join an incredibly successful construction business in London.

This role will be part of an in house team helping to recruit graduates and apprentices not only to their own business but also work with their supply chain of sub contractors to assist in their apprenticeship schemes.

You will be supporting the Manager to deliver the employment and skills outcome targets initiatives across the business.

This role will include organising and helping to deliver on national initiatives such as National Careers week presentations and events such as job fairs.

The position will be split working between 2 offices through the working week and will also give the option to work from home one day a week

The ideal person will have excellent relationship building skills as you will be dealing with key stakeholders both within the business and also external sub contractors.

We are looking for someone who has worked in a similar role previously, has an in-depth knowledge of the apprenticeship levy as well as demonstrable experience of working with school, colleges and universities.
