Employment Advisor

We are recruiting for a company that is a leader in providing high quality, government funded training contracts. They have been successfully training, coaching and mentoring learners to a level to achieve their career goals since 1980. They deliver local solutions that work and help employers and jobseekers achieve their goals.

We are looking to employ 1 new Employment advisor. The Ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales, be extremely confident and have a solid work history. Your role will be to contact local employers, to promote our services as a training provider and to gain their agreement to use our staff to fill their vacancies. The role also includes working with a caseload of unemployed job seekers, with the aim of overcoming any barriers or obstacles which prevents them from entering work and to manage their expectations by providing a sensible and realistic assessment of their skills and matching these to roles which they would be suitable for.

We are offering a competitive basic of £26,000 – £28,800 per year, full training for the right candidate that can demonstrate the correct skills and a shift pattern of Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00.
