The Opportunity
We have exciting opportunities for HR professionals in the Middle East to support our client with a significant HR initiative. Our client is a world leading aerospace organisation with a significant presence in the Middle East. To facilitate some organizational changes, our client would like to hear from candidates who have strong employee relations experience, and excellent stakeholder management skills, combined with an ability to manage organizational and culture change.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be degree educated, CIPD or Part CIPD qualified and have an excellent track record within employee relations, managing change, and building stakeholder relationships in a highly matrixed corporate environment. To be successful in this assignment, you will need to be pragmatic, have great cultural awareness, and be able to operate under pressure within a challenging working environment.
