A fabulous opportunity for an experienced field based Marketing Manager, who likes to work independently, to plan & execute marketing campaigns to help build brand recognition, generate new prospects and ultimately help to build the sales pipeline across the EMEA Region.

BASIC: £45,000 – £50,000

JOB SPECIFICATION – EMEA Field Marketing Manager – B2B Software Solutions

As part of our continuing growth plans within the EMEA Region, we now wish to recruit an experienced UK-based Field Marketing Manager (preferably with Italian as a second language) to:
> Develop marketing plans to generate leads and grow the pipeline of the EMEA region.
> Plan, organise, execute and analyse digital campaigns, webinars, events, social media engagement, content marketing and other programs to drive new business.
> Manage tradeshows and events strategy, planning, execution & analysis to market our solutions.
> Assist with sales enablement programs, presentations, demos, RFx responses, case studies, partner co-marketing.
> Move prospects along the buying cycle by offering relevant and engaging information.
> Utilise cutting-edge marketing automation systems for marketing campaigns & operations.
> Become an expert/thought leader in our business and bring this to life with prospects and in social media.
> Manage marketing budget and vendor contracts.
> Keep abreast of industry trends, competition and new opportunities.
> Develop an understanding and an appreciation of our product lines.
> Support all company initiatives and serve as an advocate and information source for the company within the EMEA Region.

WE ARE INTERESTED IN RECEIVING APPLICATIONS FROM CANDIDATES WITH:

> A strong background in B2B marketing (software a plus).
> A proven record of partnership with sales in the EMEA region.
> A deep sense of pipeline & revenue accountability and a keen focus on the customer.
> Previous knowledge of CRM tools (preferably ) & marketing automation (Marketo would be a plus).
> Ability to travel within the region to marketing & company events.
> Goal orientated and self motivated.
> Able to work with a high degree of autonomy and deliver on commitments.
> A desire to learn and driven to meet specific metrics and targets.
> Engaging personality, competitive work ethic.
> Degree in Marketing or Business.
> Multi-lingual in Italian or Spanish a bonus.
