Our client currently has an exciting opportunity in their London office for a talented Marketing Programme Manager (Marketing Services Fulfilment) to join their dynamic team.
The role of the Marketing Programme Manager is to ensure client marketing campaigns are executed to an exceptionally high level, within budget and delivered on time. The role requires managing multiple campaigns, communication with internal / external stakeholders and a strong understanding of digital marketing. The role is to:
- Manage the delivery of client projects for the Marketing Services Team
- Manage client and internal stakeholder relationships, being the main point of contact for programme, client, or performance queries
- Strategically collaborate with appropriate cross-functional team members and the customer to get the tasks fulfilled on time, within budget, and meeting the customer or internal KPIs
- Ensuring effective communication and tracking of production updates, campaign progress and results with the customer, the project team internal stakeholders for owned programmes
- Manage the day-to-day outsourcing and prioritisation of the delivery of client programmes including identification and escalation of any risks
- Tracking costs and ROI for managed client campaigns to ensure margin is maximised in relationship to the impact on other programmes
Key Responsibilities
- Working with internal project resources across sales, marketing, editorial and design to ensure owned client marketing programmes are delivered on time, within budget and meet the customer requirements.
- Working with the procurement to identify vendors and other partners where relevant for program delivery
- Day to day management of the delivery of client projects for the Marketing Services Team and being the main point of contact for programme, client, or performance queries
- Proactively manage client expectations, ensuring clarity of program deliverables at the outset of each program
- Building and managing a project plan and timeline for every program delivered, including managing multiple programs/deliverables for individual clients
- Own internal and client communications for managed programmes, alongside the team, for the end client and the project team concerning the progress of the campaign, and the campaign KPIs
- Strategically collaborate with appropriate cross-functional team members and the customer to get the tasks fulfilled on time, within budget, and meeting the customer or internal KPIs
- Ensuring effective communication and tracking of production updates, campaign progress and results with the customer, the project team internal stakeholders for owned programmes

- Ensure we continually review channel, creative and programme strategy to optimise performance.
Knowledge and Qualifications
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years in a marketing program and/or project management or a similar role
- Working knowledge of design principles for print and online, publishing, fundamental principles for financial management; working with a sales organization a plus
- Experience with Eloqua, Google Analytics, Monday or similar preferable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communicator, problem solver, self-starter, analytical
