Electrical Project Engineer

Salary: £54,000 – £62,400 per year

The Client

We have worked alongside our client for many years and have successfully recruited for a wide range of postions for them. The company provide innovative, sustainable energy solutions and district heating and are market leaders in their field. Currently they have a requirement for an Electrical Project Engineer to join an established team on a Bristol hospital project. This work will continue for a period of 12 months when there will then be further projects for this role.

The Role and its Responsibilities

* Support of all technical aspects of the electrical installation

* Interpretation and adaptation designs

* Ensure a good working relationship alongside the mechanical project engineer

* Reporting to the Project Manager of works

* Ensurance that all work is carried out in a safe manner and as in contracts

* Regular attendance of meetings with the client

* Keep the ongoing project to cost and time allocation and understand the budget of the project at any given time

* Manage sub-contractors

The Individual

You must be up to date with a H&S legislations and be able to run a high value, sometimes pressured project. Our client is looking for an individual who is self-motivated and keen to develop their career as you will be able to gain a good insight into the role of Electrical Project Manager on this project.

Skills and Qualifications

* HNC/HND qualified

* Time served in Electrical Project Engineer role
