Project Manager (Electrical-FM)

An opportunity to work for one of the UK’s leading design, manufacture and fit-out Shop fitting Companies. The company has a reputation for innovation and quality by design. Market Leaders in store development they boast many of the UK’s major retailers as clients. They are currently looking for a manager to place up a Permanent role within the company.

They are seeking a Project Manager to help expand their Electrical Facilities Management operations. With the order book for 2015 already looking big they are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager who can jump in at the deep end and build rapport with clients and sub contractors alike.

Experience in Mechanical and Electrical maintenance would be a distinct advantage.

The job will include the following:

-Manage all health and safety aspects, including specific CDM roles where appropriate.
-Provide technical leadership and mentoring of junior team members
-Take responsibility for the commercial performance of all projects managed.
-Comply with the procurement process and actively review and manage supply chain performance
-Required to support and liaise with the other Contract/Project Managers
-Control labour as well as being able to review labour requirements in conjunction with the in-house labour agency ensuring that all labour is at the correct skill level.
