A Total Facilities Management company who have grown to vast heights over the years are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their team based on an exciting and innovative static site in Coventry. This company have a firm grasp of the market place and currently work on behalf of a number of recognised clients. They have had more than 25 years of success and believe in developing a strong culture amongst its employees and offering its clients a unique service. Operating in a number of sectors including retail, healthcare, government and leisure, they provide maintenance to air conditioning but electrics, gas and fabric for all their clients. The site in question consists of a number of buildings and houses some of the most advanced equipment in the world.

The Role

An Electrical Engineer is required to work on site providing PPM and Reactive maintenance to a number of buildings on a static site based in Coventry. The role will pick up all electrical works including lighting and power as well as basic electrical duties such as fire alarms and water temp checks. The role will also include some fabric works so someone who is capable of plumbing/carpentry or painting and decorating would be of particular interest.

The Candidate

Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience in commercial services
Ideally have an Electrical Apprenticeship
Ideally hold 17th Edition
Testing and Inspection 2391 would be beneficial
Be friendly and approachable and have some experience in commercial office and/or manufacturing environments.
