We have an open day on Wednesday 9th April if you are interested we would love to hear from Teachers with QTS or Support Staff with experience in teaching primary or secondary, experience in SEN or PRU’s would be a bonus and with an interest in working in any of the following local London Boroughs: Bexley, Bromley, Croydon, Greenwich, Lewisham, Lambeth and Southwark.

Personal Skills:
We are looking for a number of outstanding, dynamic and innovative teachers and classroom support staff who are looking for both long term and permanent work.

Candidates should:
Hold a valid CRB or be happy to have one put in process.
Have a good classroom management dealing with challenging behavior or complex learning difficulties
Have outstanding communication skills
Commitment to working with pupils with special educational needs
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to use own initiative
Great problem solving skills
Capability to manage confrontation and challenging behavior or complex learning difficulties
An observant and responsive approach
A positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
Patience, considerate and compassionate pupils
