We are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to start immediately for an industry leading growing organisation.

Trainee Recruitment Role:
Our dedicated and professional consultants are trained to understand and match the needs of our clients and candidates to provide a quality, tailored recruitment service whilst continually exceeding targets and building long term, trustworthy and profitable relationships with customers.
Working with our Sunderland Branch Manager, you will be responsible for building and growing a portfolio of clients and candidates. We expect high standards and offer the opportunity for our consultants to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a supportive, innovative and dynamic environment.
We provide the training, knowledge and structure and you provide the aptitude, commitment, energy and focus. All successful consultants and trainees will receive an attractive salary, an excellent commission structure and strong career development plan.
A typical day will include:
Business development, client meetings, interviewing candidates, marketing, headhunting, negotiating terms of business, maintaining client relationships, hitting targets!
Graduate/Trainee Profile:
* Educated to a high level – degree qualification preferable if not – Business to business sales
* Achievement through extracurricular activities – sporting, working abroad, travelling
* Ability to demonstrate your resilience
* Must be someone who is financially money motivated
* Proven track record of previous employment – summer work/ holidays etc
* Confidence and aptitude to build working relationships and cold call
* Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic with clear communication style
* Recruitment is not a 9-5 so the ability to work long hours is a necessity
* Be ambitious and hungry for career progression
Salary: £26,000 per yearbasic salary at Trainee Recruitment Consultant level + realistic 1st year OTE £40,000+ plus excellent benefits.

We hold Assessment Days in order to find confident, target-driven people looking to start an exciting career in recruitment. Our Assessment Days provide a valuable insight into the company and how you can be part of their exciting growth plans.
During the day, a range of activities will encourage you to demonstrate your strengths. You will be taken through a number of role plays, shown a presentation on the business and recruitment as a whole, interviewed and given a chance to ask as many questions as you like.

* Dress as you would for any interview. First impressions are very important
* Be familiar with recruitment in general – do your research
* Consider what else you want to know before you decide that recruitment is right for you.
