Education Recruitment Consultant

Randstad Education Branch is based in Reading Town Centre in a prestigious office environment. The Education Branch is well established in the local marketplace and the team have built strong relationships with their schools delivering an excellent first class service.

Our Reading team are a highly successful office who place teachers and support staff throughout Reading, Slough, Maidenhead, High Wycombe and Newbury. This means there is a huge potential to earn well in bonus and progress quickly dependant on success.

We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant or a senior consultant to join our team. As a recruitment consultant you will be expected to build strong client relationships and manage client and candidate expectations and maximise business opportunities. You will be working in a fast paced office as our client’s needs are immediate. You must adhere to child legislation and have the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload.

We require someone who enjoys sales and is not afraid to pick up the phone and make sales calls.

You will be working in a team where we support each other and achieve as a team.
