Dutch or Japanese Customer Service Administrator

This opportunity is for an exciting Dutch OR Japanese speaking Customer Service Administrator position, for a growing, modern business in a lovely location of Exeter. This company prides itself in detail of analysis, and is looking for a new face to join the team, and continue this trend.

As a Customer Services Administrator, you will be expected to:

Analyse telephone calls, and written communication
Deliver feedback from inputting evaluation results
Navigate custom software applications
Manage your own workload of callsSkills that would succeed in this position, include:

IT literate
Excellent ‘ear for detail’
Great organisation/structure
Self-motivationalSalary for this position is between £16-17k, full-time.

Previous experience in analysis would be advantageous. Knowledge of Apple electronic products also beneficial. Fluent in Dutch OR Japanese, and English.
