A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Fluent French speaking Customer Service Agent to join a market leading E-Fulfilment company based in Oldham. Due to their continued success, this company are looking for experienced Agents to join their ever expanding team.

• No late evenings (Monday – Friday 8.00am and 8.00pm, Saturday 9:00am – 6:00pm and Sunday 9:00am – 5:00pm)

This is a medium sized, fast paced call centre, which is committed to providing a high level of customer service. As a Multilingual Customer Service Agent you will be taking phone calls, both in English and French* and you must be able to accurately understand the customer’s requirements, process information using your own initiative fulfil the task.

Your day to day tasks will include:
• Responding to inbound calls from customers and clients
• Processing order details onto the in house computer system
• Checking product availability
• Checking lead times
• Liaising with internal and external departments to ensure the dispatch of products
• Chasing delivery information

*Please note, as you will be conversing with customers and clients in both English and French, there will be a short test of the fluency of your multilingual ability. We are looking for an experience advisor who can speak, read and write in both languages.
