Senior Recruitment Consultant – Digital/IT
Permanent People are currently recruiting for a a niche digital recruitment consultancy, recruiting across all industries and company size, from cutting edge startups recruiting contract IT developers through to hiring UX designers for global consultancies.
Due to continued growth and success, they are now looking to develop their Cardiff office further through the addition of an experienced contract or permanent Digital/IT recruitment consultant.
The main focus of this role would be to concentrate on their existing business in the following areas:
*CRM systems
*Product management
*Business intelligence & Data visualisation
*User experience
*IT & Development
*Analytics
*iGaming
As a self-motivated, successful recruitment consultant, it will be your responsibility to use your networks and experience to maximise the opportunities available and grow this further.
You will be working on vacancies from day one, whilst developing the existing business with your clients.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate a successful billing history in Digital or IT recruitment in any of the above areas, as well as high motivation and the drive to succeed.
Our client has strategic growth plans to increase this team size throughout the year, with a real commitment to expenditure and support in order to achieve this.
