Senior Digital Account Manager

The Fix have an excellent opportunity for an experienced pure play Senior Digital Account Manager based in Surrey/Greater London to make a real difference working across a mix of B2B and B2C clients on various digital pieces of business.

We are really looking for someone pure play digital, with hybrid organisational skills and experienced so they can prioritise, work autonomously and hit the ground running.

We are helping these clients build their digital strategy, then implementing through paid and organic search, website design and build (including analytics to drive UX, customer journeys and conversion) and email marketing. Being able to work with planners, designers and developers to create increased conversions on site, and with Search Teams to drive natural and paid traffic to the site will be an important part of the role.

We are looking for someone that has worked on significant design and build projects, has an understanding of web strategy, producing digital projects, management of both client and internal relationships as well as a good knowledge of digital technology.Someone who can own and manage the project, the project planning and ideally also has experience of search engine marketing, email marketing/ eCRM and social media.

Skill set Required

Website development, strategy and build
Strategy development
Solution architecture and UX Managing the build / development
Maintenance including updates and support
Analytics packages
Use of CMS systems
Mobile website or app development a bonus
Social Media
Email marketing
Display advertising a bonus
