Salary: £72,000 – £84,000 per year

Development Project Manager- Construction & Property

£72,000 – £84,000 Annual Bonus, Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Travel Insurance, Contributory Pension (Up To 5 % of salary) Personal Accident cover 25 days annual leave

This International Healthcare Services provider are looking to enhance their UK Property Management team with a Project Manager

Working from home, and in the field, you will be Project Managing the delivery of a wide range of New Build Construction developments, including Care Homes & Private hospitals. You will be managing the delivery of each project from cradle to grade. Project values you will be accountable for will range in value from £4 million up to £45 million and you could be running up to 4 projects at any one time.

Managing a team of Project Management Consultants and Principle Contractors, as a Project Manager you will have a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:

* Providing internal project stakeholders with strategic project advice.
* Acting as Contract Administrator/Employers Agent.
* Directly overseeing Consultants providing project monitoring and project management services.
* Programme Management.
* Managing the delivery of Projects to time, budget quality and safety standards.
* Design brief development
* Site based Project Management
* Budget Management & Project Risk Management
* Procurement and Pre Contract advice

The candidate will have a Degree in Building Surveying, Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management. They will have a proven track record in Construction Project Management, and will be able to demonstrate some site based Construction experience.

The successful candidate with have a solid background in Construction project management, and will have worked for a recognised Construction Project Management Consultancy, Property Development Consultancy or directly for a large scale Property Management department.
