A leading UK consumer brand is seeking an accomplished Cutover Manager to play a key role in a high-profile HR / HCM transformation programme, focused around the implementation of Workday and payroll systems.

Reporting into the Programme Manager, the Cutover Manager will be responsible for setting the overall cutover strategy, defining the team structure, and overseeing all cutover activities during a critical phase of the programme.

The Cutover Manager will work closely with data migration and integration teams, as well as liaising with vendors, offshore teams, and key HR business stakeholders, up to senior director level.

Cutover Manager – Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a dedicated Cutover Manager role, or a Project Manager with a focus on Cutover
• Experience working with payroll and HCM systems, ideally Workday
• Track record working in large, complex transformation programmes
• Ability to bridge the gap between technology and business teams
• Supplier / vendor management experience

This role will be based from the client’s head office in Leeds, however this role can be largely remote based, with just a couple of on-site days per month. This is likely to increase towards the end of the contract as Cutover activities enter their critical phase.
