Customer Service Estimator

We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing business as a Customer Service Estimator.

As the Customer Service Estimator you will be the main point of contact for customers looking for a quote, you will ideally have experience in a similar role

You will also ideally have experience in the printing sector. You must be Computer Literate and Commercially aware,

As the Customer Service Estimator you will have –

Experience of print and packaging an advantage
Experience of estimating an advantage
Experience of customer service an advantage
Order Rising
Estimating, both standard trade machine jobs and more demanding print jobs using outsourced material processes
Able to communicate with factory and close knit office team
Customer interaction and internal sales with potential on occasions to customer face – driving license preferable
Self motivating as work load will be inconsistent
Be able to understand the sensitivity of being a TRADE finisher, and tread the balance of dealing with direct end user customers without affecting the core business

The hours of work are Monday-Friday 09:00am-15:00pm paying between £26,000.
