Our Contact Centre Advisors are the voice of our operation and a vital part of our business. You will be responsible for delivering and maintaining a multi award-winning customer service to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities include:
– Managing customer expectations and resolving queries and complaints effectively
– Dealing with customer queries and complaints via telephone and email
– Communicating with various internal departments
– Using our internal system effectively. Take detailed notes on each call to ensure all agents have access to previous communication with the customer

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within customer services and be confident in building a good rapport with customers, working under pressure, prioritising complaints and queries as well as being able to empathise with customers and handle issues sensitively. A high level of written and spoken English and being computer literate is essential.

Due to the nature of our business our Contact Centre is open seven days a week from 8:00am to 11:00pm. Please note that to be considered for this position you must be available to work shifts between these days and hours.

As part of the recruitment process a background check to verify your identity and a Disclosure Barring Service (formerly Criminal Records Bureau) check will be carried out by an authorised third party.
