Salary: £26,000 per year

Monday – Friday: 8am-5pm

This multinational company is looking for a motivated candidate working within a fast paced environment based in Rugby Town Centre. The candidate will be joining their administration team dealing with a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Listening to the customer and understanding their needs
• Managing queries for customers
• Work closely with colleagues in other departments to ensure that orders are dealt with in accordance to the current customer service priorities and guidelines.
• Log customer queries and investigate thoroughly
• Create debit and credit notes Logging and resolving customer complaints/problems professionally, maintaining ownership of problem throughout

• Join Teams meetings with customers, manage their payment schedules

Ideal Candidate:-

• Experience in working in a team/own initiative
• Ability to manage own workload in a high-volume environment
• Previous experience in a customer contact role
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Excel/Word and Outlook would be ideal
• Good Organizational, Interpersonal & Communication skills
• Experience dealing with customers over the phone
