Immediate Start

Salary: £26,000per year.02 per annual

25 days annual leave + statutory Bank Holidays
A one-off bonus of £1000 will be paid to new starters upon successful completion of their probation period!
Location: Mansfield
(Mon to Fri) 8:45am to 5:15pm

Job Summary

• Provide outstanding Customer Service whilst dealing with all my client’s Customers.
• Deliver prompt responses to queries and complaints.
• Ensure efficient processing of Customer orders.
• Grow business value by retaining existing customers.
• Previous experience of working in a high-volume customer experience environment.
• Previous telephone experience desirable
• Computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Language Skills

• Good verbal and written English
• Excellent communication skills are essential
