Working for a leading financial organisation in a large open plan call centre environment, main duties will include receiving a high volume of inbound calls, answering general account queries, providing an efficient and friendly level of service and promote related products and services.
Applicants must have excellent comminucation skills, enjoy speaking to people over the phone, the ability to build rapport and work towards key performance indicators.
Hours – working on a rota basis between 8am – 8pm Monday to Saturday.
