Salary: £30,000 per year

Customer Service Advisor – Near Reigate, Surrey.

Up to £25000 + Training + Benefits

IT Solution Provider established over 25 years ago and with over 200 staff across the UK, are actively looking for a Customer Service Advisor to help with the onboarding process of new customers to the business including interacting with different internal divisions of the company and speaking regularly to key decision makers within the new customer cementing strong business relationships going forward.

To apply the Customer Service Advisor will require the following:

• 2 years’ experience within a B2B environment working in a non-sales customer focussed role. Knowledge of the IT market or similar technical industry would be beneficial but not essential.
• A proven track record working with multiple customers maintaining strong business partnerships.
• Ability to work in a team environment, engaging with colleagues and showing a positive approach to work including keeping management and any sales function informed of any customer changes.
• Eagerness to learn more about a fast-developing IT sector.
