Customer Service Assistant

Salary: £26,400 – £30,000 per year

Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a leading company who are seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Assistant to join their team.

Key responsibilities and skills:

* Be well presented and competent in dealing with many different clients from bargain hunters to high wealth individuals

* Liaising with office and other members of staff to ensure completion of sales from initial contact to delivery to aftersales

* Good listener and understanding of customer needs and requirements

* Maintaining the presentation of the shop floor

* Be prepared to work alone on occasions, be confident in ensuring all aspects of the job are being done accurately and efficiently

* Able to maintain & update daily reporting documents

* Working as part of the team at both the East Grinstead and Tunbridge Wells stores

* Full, clean driving licence required and ability to travel to both stores (essential)

Good knowledge of the following software:

* Basic skills on use of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook

* Understanding of Sage accounting software would be advantageous (although training will be provided)

Salary & benefits:

* Salary of £26,400 – £30,000 DOE + bonus scheme

* Scaled bonus scheme would be circa an additional £10K per year (Total OTE circa £35K)

* 5 work days per week including weekend days, split between stores. Normal rota will be 1 week working Saturday, 1 week working the Sunday and the following week the weekend off etc
