Our client is a worldwide business and supplies bespoke equipment into retailers and they are a leader in their sector.
We are looking to speak to candidates from a customer service background that thrive on speaking to Customers over the phone and can speak to customers confidently about products.
Duties and responsibilities
* Liaising with customer via email, phone, and web chat
* Provide extensive product knowledge to prospective customers
* Liaise with internal and external partners
* Updating system (data entry)
* Providing excellent customer service
* Working closely with a small team
* Liaising with other parts of the business oversees
Required skills
* A proven track record of customer service or retail
* Computer literate and a knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel
* Be comfortable with incoming and outbound calls
* Be able to work under pressure
* Be comfortable working alone and as part of team
Cover between 9am-6pm Monday to Friday i.e. 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm
