To handle inbound calls on multiple campaigns which can involve processing product orders on clients’ web sites.

Knowledge /Skills/Qualifications

• Inbound Customer Service or Call Centre experience
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Good Command of the English Language, both spoken and written.
• Attention to Detail and accuracy in terms of data capture.

Technical Competencies

• PC Literate
• Keyboard Skills
• Data Inputting skills
