Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £27,600 per year

Do you have exceptional customer service experience and are looking for a new challenge?

As an Customer Service Representative you will be expected to administer and process enquiries and orders. Resolve all manner of customer complaints and queries efficiently and effectively.

Interacting with customers and providing information in response to any fault or damage related queries.

Main Duties of the role include –

• Log faulty and damaged claims, whilst keeping the customer updated through to final resolution
• Over time will be able to display extensive knowledge about the products and services that they offer
• Maintain records of all spare parts, replacements and Homeserve attendances
• Raising of compensation credit notes that have been agreed with customers
• Able to build up relationships both internally and externally with various teams within the business

 
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years customer service experience. The ability to show genuine empathy, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Have a keen attention to detail and able to prioritise their work load.
