Customer Service Advisors

My client a major player within the Motor Claims Industry are currently seeking a number of bright individuals to join their team in Ipswich.

The role:

â?¢ Effective management of client vehicle repairs
â?¢ Accurate record keeping to allow effective file review and audit:
â?¢ Handling telephone and email queries from drivers, corporate clients and insurers
â?¢ Managing post-accident mobility for drivers – including provision of rental vehicles
â?¢ Handling customer complaints in line with FCA guidelines
â?¢ Manage external suppliers to deliver in line with their contracted terms

The ideal candidate will have a background within customer services ideally within a call centre however this is not essential. Candidates must have a steady work history and 4 GCSE’s at Grade C or above (Or equiv).
