Salary: £26,000 per year
An opportunity has arisen for a Telephone Based Customer Service Advisor to join our client on an evening part time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
*To call customers to introduce them to the company in which they have subscribed to
*To offer an exceptional level of service and answer any questions ensuring compliance at all times
*To update the company database and all other admin duties
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a telephone based role and be used to working in a compliant manner. You will be a confident and hard working individual. This will be a temp to perm opportunity and we are looking for somebody who can work at least 4 evenings per week. Hours of work are 5:30pm to 9pm Monday to Friday. You will also need to work 1 in 6 Saturdays on a rota.
