If so we have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy team in the North of Plymouth on a temporary to permanent contract.
As the Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:
* Answering customer calls and enquiries via email and phone
* Providing first contact resolution
* Dealing with complaints
* Writing correspondence
* Updating databases
Your skill set will include:
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proven background in admin and customer service
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:45 – 5:30 (Some weekend work included)
Salary: £26,000per year
