Temproray Customer Service Advisors

Temporary Customer Service Advisors.
Due to demand we are looking to register experienced customer service advisors for work on a temporary basis within the local Derby area.
Roles will include:
Inbound and outbound call handling.
Front of house/ customer facing service.
Using CRM systems. (Training to be given).
General administration tasks.
Process and action letters, emails and handling enquiries.

Ideal candidates:
Experience in a previous customer service role.
Good communication skills in both person and phone.
Strong It skills, Microsoft excel and word as standard.
Be able to work both as an individual and part of a team.
Be flexible in ability to work as roles will include part and full time hours over a six or seven working day week.

Please note that some roles will require a CRB check to be carried out.
