Salary: £26,000 per year
Currently working with our client in Featherstone that are recruiting for Customer Service advisors due to expansion. These are permanent positions, and I am looking to speak to candidates from a call centre/customer service background.
As a customer service advisor, you will be dealing with customers over the phone which will be inbound and outbound calls and will be at the forefront of delivering a fantastic experience for my client’s customers.
Are you currently working in a call centre or phone-based role and having to work weekends? This is a Monday to Friday days role so will give experienced candidates the work life balance they are looking for.
Duties and responsibilities
* Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
* Liaising and updating customers on their deliveries
* Updating the system
* Liaising with third party suppliers
* Working as part of team
* Liaising with the warehouse staff
* 9am-6pm or 8am-5pm Monday to Friday
