Customer Services Advisor

An exciting immediate temporary opportunity as a Customer Services Officer has arisen with my client who is a leading social housing building maintenance and construction firm.

The role of the Customer Service Officer will be to provide the highest level of customer care to all customers.

Key Duties:

• Booking appointments
• Updating and keeping tenants informed on progression of work i.e. maintenance.
• Taking inbound calls and handling customer enquiries
• Strong IT skills
• Liaising and maintaining good working relationships with maintenance contractor and tenants whilst keeping both parties informed

You will also have:

• Experience within a similar type role essential, ideally within housing maintenance with the desire to provide excellent customer service
• First class communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and build relationships

The successful candidate will be approachable and understand the need for excellent customer service.
