Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm

We are recruiting for a thriving organisation that has been established for over 20 years. In the heart of Rugby, this company can offer you a stable career in a busy but supportive environment.
The key responsibilities:
- Answering and redirecting inbound calls
- Answering client and insurer emails
- Using an inhouse computer system and diary system
- Resolve customer queries and complaints
- Liaise with insurance companies
The ideal candidate:
- Good IT and computer literacy
- Highly organised
- No experience necessary, as long as you have an excellent telephone manner and are a team player
- Stay calm under pressure
- A level qualifications preferred but not essential
So if you are enthusiastic and self-confident, with a professional and polite personality, this could be an excellent opportunity for you. You don’t need any knowledge of insurance as the training provided by this organisation is second-to-none.
