Customer Service Administrator – Part Time

Salary: £26,000 per year

Overview

Superb opportunity to join this successful manufacturing, retail, and distribution business on a part – time schedule – either 5 short days or 2/3 full days per week. Situated outside Guildford, towards Godalming. Offering a challenging and structured workplace with lots of potential for career progression. Part of a friendly and efficiently collaborative team in a busy sales order processing office. You will be working alongside the warehouse and trade counter. Suitable candidates will have an outgoing and friendly nature, some relevant customer service focused work history is ideal. 

Customer Service Operative – About

• Provide high quality solutions to customers detailing technical price and selection requirements.
• Timely management of customers’ orders and enquiries.

  Ensure customers’ expectations are understood and fulfilled.

• Expand customers portfolio and maximise their potential.
• Create a personal rapport with all customers and report regularly on the relationships to the sales team.

The successful Customer Service Operative will have:

• Good interpersonal skills including good spoken and written communication skills. 
• Combined planning, good problem-solving and numeracy skills. 
• Attention to detail. 
• Competent in using computer packages, such as spreadsheets and databases.
• Ability to absorb and translate knowledge. 
• The ability to work under pressure to deadlines. 
• Good geographical knowledge. 
• Speaking French is useful not essential.
