Customer Resolutions – Ongoing, Temporary

Our client is looking for Customer Resolutions Advisors to join a team at their depot based in Nottingham NG16.

The role pays £26,000 per year and is full-time, 30 hours per week, working 5 days from 7, including some weekend days.

The role will be varied but duties will include:

• Using the CRM system to track and investigate customer queries, prioritising the workload.
• Managing a queue of queries ranging from clients to customers.
• Adhering to company compliance and escalating any discrepancies to the compliance managers.
• Coordinating investigations into queries and complaints to reach a resolution.
• Inputting data

You must be able to speak and write fluently in English, and you must also have a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel.
