Salary: £26,000 per year
Interaction Recruitment are delighted to be working with RAC, recruiting for their Apprenticeship scheme based in Walsall.
The scheme is open to applicants between 18-24 years old.

The Apprenticeship scheme will run for September 2013 for 12 months. The role will involve taking calls from members, accurately recording details and delivering exceptional customer service on behalf of RAC.
You will be working towards an NVQ level 2 in Customer Services.
Successful applicants can expect to receive the following apprenticeship rates:
Apprentices
Months 1-3
£10,263.95 £26,000 per year
Months 4-9
£10,730.49 £26,000 per year
Months 10-12
£11,197.03 £26,000 per year
Colleagues would be also eligible for the colleague bonus scheme.
Overtime will be available at appropriate rates.

Please note: We undertake criminal record checks and credit checks on behalf of RAC, will require you to be available between 0600 and 2330 Monday to Sunday and to be able to attend full time training for the first 2 weeks of your assignment.
