Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 16:30, 08:30 to 17:00 – 37.5 hours per week

Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Advisor to join our passionate and driven team in Glasgow on a permanent basis!

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Representing the business by being the first point of contact with our customers.
Job by job communication and tracking of the engineering workforce and subcontractors to ensure CAFM systems are accurate and up to date. 
Ensure that completion details are on all work orders; including of materials, details of works carried out and accurate engineer time records.
Receive updates about work orders, ensuring all systems are updated in real-time with accurate information. 
Answer calls, respond to emails and future technologies that will be received and making decisions to determine the most appropriate response.

About You:

A strong team player and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent listening and communication skills; being able to listen attentively to customers’ requirements and pass the same information across to engineers is imperative to the success of job completions.
Exhibit a high level of emotional maturity and calmness to handle the stress associated with the position.
Computer literate is essential, with the ability to navigate comfortably between multiple systems- e.g. scheduling and monitoring of vehicles/engineers, email, phone system. 
Should be willing to work flexible schedules including working on weekends, holidays, and overtime to meet the demands of clients.
Must be educated to GCSE level to be able to accurately deal with the work involved in the position.
