We are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join this outstanding business. A business that champions the loving restoration and conservation of architectural heritage whilst creating beautiful residential projects and housing schemes.
The Customer Care-Coordinator will enjoy a varied and customer facing role, helping to create, deliver and continually improve the service provided by the customer care team and helping to manage the demands placed on the department by external customers.
Customer Care Coordinator – key responsibilities and duties:
* Communicate with customers and handle queries in a professional manner, recording transactions and communication on COINS
* Resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Manage diaries of customer care operatives to ensure they meet customer needs
* Maintain a complete record of all works completed
* Record any snags raised by customers on the COINS system
Customer Care Coordinator – qualifications, skills and experience:
* Proven experience in a Customer Care capacity
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong user of Microsoft office suite
* Strong attention to detail
* Client facing skills
* Ability to work under pressure to resolve situations efficiently and effectively
