Our Main Dealer client is actively looking for an automotive experienced Telesales Contact Centre Service Advisor for their busy site.

Acting as our central communications link you will answer incoming customer calls for the service department, confirm appointments and handle all queries. You will assist the centre in achieving industry-leading standards of customer care and maximise every opportunity for both repeat and new business.

Responsibilities:
*Respond to telephone enquiries by greeting customer with the appropriate salutation.
*To take all bookings for service & repair work through telephone or inspection schedules obtaining all necessary details in respect of work required, nature of problems and wherever possible identifying specific faults.
*To validate & update DMS records for existing customers or create record for new customers.
*Customers to be offered an estimate for work booked
*To promote other services and products to customer as appropriate.
*To liaise effectively with the Service department and Managers

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and telephone handling skills and bring a naturally charismatic personality to the team.

The working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm and Saturdays on a rota basis, 8.00am to 1.00pm.

Motor trade experience in the role is essential
