Our client is a leading childcare provider dedicated to providing the best possible care and education for the children in their care. They operate nurseries nationwide; constantly investing in their people and facilities to ensure their nurseries are the best places for children to grow and develop.
Our client is looking to recruit a Customer and Sales advisor.
The Customer and Sales Advisor will be responsible for both inbound and outbound calling of prospective and existing customers. Working with nurseries and the central support team to provide the highest levels of customer service and efficiency.
Drive occupancy levels through sales and contribute to the delivery of increased sales volumes. Deliver high conversion rates to achieve high levels of sales.
Provide excellent customer service for the Childcare Group with responsibility for driving customer and member engagement.
We are looking for someone with the following:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent IT skills – Word, Excel, Outlook and Systems
