Inbound Customer Service Advisor – Up to £18000 + Bonus (£24k+)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a hungry ambitious and professional customer focussed individual to join a market leading company’s phone based service team in an advisory capacity.
You shall have previous experience working within a customer focused environment and will be ready to succeed and exceed in a team focused role.
You shall be results focused with a strong desire to reach and exceed targets and goals set in place to achieve not only a competitive basic salary but an excellent bonus package based on customer service targets and additional company benefits.
You will be the main point of contact for inbound customer enquiries, growing account base, and will be responsible for establishing customers’ needs and requirements, marketing suitable products and services with the ultimate goal of maintaining customer satisfaction whilst expanding on your opportunity to earn.
