Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £26,000 per year

As a Customer Service / Sales Advisor you will predominately be handling enquiries from customers across the UK, selling the correct solutions based on customer needs.

Reporting directly to the Sales Team Leader you will be responsible for converting the enquiries into quality revenue, with a clear focus on our value added and branded products.

Providing a critical link between customers and our business, you will need to develop effective relationships both internally and externally to ensure that all relevant information is provided for a Superior Customer Experience.

This role is an office-based role with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. The role requires an individual who can manage their time effectively and to prioritise their workload daily.

A proactive approach, it is essential that the individual possesses the ability to identify customer needs and present a relevant solution from our range of value added or other product range.

With our cash paying customers, it’s essential that the candidate can close business effectively whilst also ensuring the customer understands our terms and conditions of trade. This is a commercial role, and your sales ability is key to succeed. With many tasks involved in the function daily, flexibility will be required.
